Gift Certificate Purchase Policy and Guidelines

All gift certificate purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The purchase page is to be completed with your (the purchaser) information. Include the full name, phone number, and/or email of the recipient in the “notes to business” section of the purchase page, as well as any personal message you would like to include.

Within 24 hours, an evite is sent to your recipient with the certificate and a link to claim and redeem it. No further action is required on your part once you leave the purchase screen.

Gift certificates expire 180 days (6 months) from the date of purchase.

The balance of the gift card - if not used within one booking - is automatically updated. The code will work continuously until the remaining balance is depleted, or until it expires.
